Can anyone give me an ID on this tune? Heard it years ago and the name has bugged me ever since! I've only just came across the audio again to hear the tune, then want to know the name again haha

It's not been released. I believe it's by Little Miss Detonate. Just spoke with Hattrixx on Whatsapp and he engineered the track.
