are the uproar events any good? they sound a bit too hard housey for my liking but i could be wrong...

Ive never been to an uproar event, but they are run by the ex hardcore heaven and united dance promoter sedders, now this bloke knows how to put on a party as has been proven time and time before.
Im going to the big one at the sanc and the only room out the 2 that is playing hard house is the sweat box, the sanc will be strictly hardcore!!!

Are Uproar events more housey than Hardcore, no way I have been to all three Uproar events so far, and they have been a really good hardcore night, with some of the older tunes that other events just dont play, possibly because it was classed as cheesey, and they dont want that label put on them.
Why Uproar well apart from the stuff above Seduction promoted some of the best events I ever went to between 5-7 years ago, and if you take the last event with names like Seduction and Slipmatt playing again, what a treat, and the set of the night for me Vibes and Lively and we they just first class whistles and horns louder than they have been in years.
I think if a promotor is good they will play what the crowds want and judging by the Last Uproar Vibes and Lively are still by far the peoples choice
