Right i dont really care too much for what other people do. Thats up to them.
I myself regularly download samples and acapellas for playing a bout with for new tunes, and do occasionally download a tune or2 to have a listen to it. Sometimes when tunes come out you just cant tell by the 30 sec. clip if you like it or not and i just havnt got the money to go out and buy all the cds and then the vunyls. So i dont see a problem with having a quick listen before i buy. AND I DO BIUY THE TUNES IF I WANT THEM.

The thing is that you cannot physically stop the copying.
I see this like the drugs situation. Some people could argue that free stuff is a drug....
If you kill the demand you will kill supply. Not the other way around.
If people can rip vinyl, what makes you think that any amount of CD protection will stop ripping? It won't. Kill the plant, roots and all, don't just cut off the leaves....
