I don't believe this is possible, but is it possible to get/make an acapella from an original tune eg.An instrumental and a vocal/acapella ,I hear it is possible ,but is it possible to do this so that it is 100% the vocal that you are hearing? anyone know?....

I'm not aware of any program/hardware that can do this.
However I heard about a guy sometime that used an vocal remover (http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/audio/vremover.htm Freeware) Took away the vocals from the original tune and then used the original and the non-vocal version with some feature in Soundforge that took away everything that was in the same in both files and he ended up with only the vocals. Never managed to do it myself, and I dont think it would sound any good since the vocal remover doesn't really work that well.
