i got this song from Paulina Taylor Happy Hardcore Hour and i dont know what its called the lyrics go by somethin like " my frozen toes are beginnin to melt " " i go to the floor in a bottle of wine" are the only words i came make out hope this is enuff :)

and a great tune at that, the same melody of the happier mix was used for Universal goes bonkers by Sharkey and Druid. Incidentally, the Happy hardcore hour was a mislabelleed MP3 that kept appearing on Napster some years ago, that dutchy hardcore mix that you are refering to is side B of the Paulina Taylor mixtape "Smiling" ( not smile which is different)
