yeah I agree, play wat you luv! I've been into hardcore for ages and have really just recntly just started to spin some gabber and man does it kick some ass into your set if it's becoming a little monotonous! I'm luving building up my appy trax and getting them to this climax and droping some fat gabber- it sweet n really hits home hardcore wise [;o)]

If everything's in control, you're just not going fast enough!- Jimi Hendrix

yeah i mix both but the gabber from here is slower then the uk stuff not easy to combine. but variation is styles is always good imo. but be beware the more styles you like the more expansive the spinning will be.

course you should play gabba even if you dont play it all the time
you can build up from happy hardcore to it
try the gabba from holland its been slowed down so it can fit nicely in any
hardcore set
if you can check out scott browns joints to rock mental tune
p.s hardcore 4 ever!

Gabber is sooooo diverse...like u have so much under the "gabber banner"...from your "Paul Elastak - Your mummy sucks cocks in hell" to something from scott brown or the border line that Sharkey and robbie long do...then again some also class Darkcore as gabber....in short try anything once but gay sex and heroin, yeah u should try it if nothing else to improve your skills in the other generas and possible throught the odd track in.
last night at the NYE gig i went to sharkey played a 90% UK hardcore set then bout 10 or 15 from the end just uped it a bit :) twas grand.
