i belong to ravers.org also, and someone posted a thread titled "what i hate about the scene" and i was just curious as to what you guys thought

I dont like the current trend of transforming great hardcore tracks into trance records - dont get me wrong i like my trance but i think it detracts from the original and first and foremost I am 100% 4 the hardcore!

ive gotto aggree here. I mean it hurt me when tracks like heart of gold and feeling fine went into the charts. What was worse was that it wasnt as if it said Force & Styles (Kelly LLorenna Version) or even accredited the artists.

I hate the people that come fresh to the scene with no experience dump 5 pills in one night then a year later are dealers trying to sell to me. Later to see these same people leave in 6 months, already corrupting several other people with their "experience and impressions". What happened to the love of the music? In anycase so the cycle continues, cause they've just passed their 'expertise' onto another.
I hate the fact that I don't have the balls to tell these people better. Cause we're all ravers aren't we? Who am I to tell someone else what to do? But isn't that the problem? Where do we draw the line between the freedom "to have a good time" (that is the foundation of the scene that we all love) and the point of "no that's too much". How many times has a discussion turned into "as long as they don't bother anyone else it's fine by me"?
I hate the "gansta's" and "hardasses" that think just cause i'm all smiles and happy they can treat me like sh*t with passing thoughts of "don't worry, he's a raver, we can treat him how we want and he'll still be friendly".
I hate how the dance floor is littered with asses having a sunday picnic. Hello!? it's a "DANCE FLOOR" if you want to "spin out" on the pretty lights, please have some respect and move to the side. One or two people sitting i don't ming, hell you might be having a little breather. Take it son, you've been raving hard all night, you have my props. To all those other nobs that congregate in packs of 20, please move your ass to the side.
I hate all the hate that goes around from close minded fools, I hate that i'm hating now (how ironic ;P).
