Would love a tune ID from a track I've heard stompy play a few times back in 97. Thanks!

That sound like an old euro-pop tune "John Davis" - "I Promised Myself", and also Nick Kamen has done a version (I think his is the original). I wasn't aware of a hardcore version though.
