This is some useful information for any dj. NEVER I repeat NEVER buy stanton needles. Also never buy from www.123dj.com. I just had a very bad experiance. The needles sounded VERY bad and the service from 123dj.com was horid. Take my word on this.

I have Stanton needles...And their fine...Just because you had a bad experience doesnt mean everyone else will ;)
Perhaps the needles were damaged?

everytime i call 123dj.com the service is terrible, they don't know anything about what they're doing. but they sell stuff cheap, so use their prices and give prosound and lighting (pssl.com) a call and their price match and then beat it, plus they really know their stuff (or atleast pretend to)
but i gotta disagree on the stanton needles, i used mine for like 3 and a half years, they were excellant needles.

I havent had any real problem with Stanton needles either. I had a pair of carts that came with my decks since I bought them used. The only thing was that on some old needles I had were giving me some bad record burn but once I replaced them it was all good. I use them as my backups since I got some Shure's.

I told you not to buy Stantons... I always have problems with stanton needles, I can't que with them they jump all over the place...

my ortofons do the same thing depending on the record, maybe i should put a bit more weight on. seems to keep them from jumping when i scratch.

I've always used Stanton carts & needels and i've never had a problem, either at home or in clubs.
Funny how peoples experiences differ isn't it?

I hate Stantons as well I would never reccomend that anyone buys them they are complete bollocks!!!!

No dude I have stanton T 100's (Decks) And they are technics quality. I love them to death. I just am going to stay away from stanton needles.
