ive always loved H2bH way better than bonkers, especialy recently.

Even tho Chapter 7 is not as great as the rest, mainly i think because i heard all those songs thruout the year before the CD was made, the h2bh are always way more fun, and hyper...and have more VARIETY. Bonkers just has a bunch of DJs who play their own crap, it gets really annoying to me.

Chapter 3 is the best! hehe
Chapter 4 is the worst!

If it wasnt for the H2bH series, i would know nothing about candy kids or happy hardcore music. I have them all and they are really good, just poorly mixed. This series of happycore music is more energetic than the Bonkers series, but Bonkers has some songs that Anabolic Frolic dosent put on his cds. I love both series. Chapter 2 is my fav. because the bass lines of the songs are more related to Gabba than Happycore. It was Anabolic Frolic who told me about Bonkers too. They are great cds, i would by them because some have songs that are not on Bonkers either.
Hullaballoo is basically candy kid heaven. They give you whistles at the door, and when you walk in, its just like a place of happiness because of all the candy kids there. Anabolic Frolic's sets are alot better than his cds. Get them if you can. You get to hear all the whistles and horns.

Cheers to everyone that wrote in to give your opinion on The Happy2bHardcore series. This has given me a better idea of the cds.

There's a new Happy2BHardcore CD coming out soon and its going to be a special one cause it was taken from a live set that was done by Anabolic Frolic. I don't know the exact release date yet but i'll keep you posted.

Yeah, I have the whole collection. The series is part of what convinced me to buy vinyl and start mixing myself. I think that overall track selection was great, but you'll notice that the sound quality compared to Bonkers or other hardcore cds is mediocre. There's an authentic feeling about the crackle of vinyl in the background, but it's still mediocre. It literally sounds like Anabolic Frolic had those records stashed away for years. And why they decided to make #7 after announcing #6 as the final chapter? Anyone?

I have three namesfor you: Styles, Scott Brown, & Dougal. Now Shut the F*** Up

nope, Ch 8 is gonna be a live mix. Ch. 7 just had a live intro so ppl could hear all the whistles and horns and stuff. The reason they made a ch.7 is because so many ppl wanted it basically. It was gonna go under a new name, but Moonshine decided to keep the "Happy2bHardcore" title. Think about it, most of us Americans have to import the Bonkers cds, if Anabolic Frolic didnt mix hardcore for us, we would be left out of the Hardcore scene.
