i got bonkers 3 just to hear hixxys mix after people saying it was good. it is a stunning mix. but it only gets my number 2 spot.

Although I own most of the Bonkers collection and Hixxy is a Wicked DJ, I dont get how his mixes on Bonkers can be rated as most of it is mixed on DJ emulation software on a computer, rather than decks!!
Sorry if that spoils any illusions, but thats how most semi-commercial compilation cds are done.

Can i just point out that the question was what is hixxys best mix not what is the bets bonkers!
The bonkers albums are good granted but you can't compair somthing done in a stdio on CD mixers to a live set on some decks. The last 4 Raves i went to hixxy was playing on personaly i thought his mixes got better each time.
As for whitch mix i think was his best i'll have to say on the outside stage last year at the sanctuary for slammin's outdoor experiance. he read the crowd and gave them what they wanted and if that ain't the sign of a good mix what the hell is.
BTW did you know james bond has had sex in movies 79 times?

Thats exactly what i was saying mate! A studio mix is easier to do on a PC and all the sounds and levels are finely tuned, nothing like a real mix at all.
As for the outdoor stage mix - ****ing Amazing!! Great to hear some of those old tunes, still as fresh as ever.
