Ok, while listning to Bonkers and the Happy2bHardcore series, i noticed that alot of songs off Bonkers are on H2bH, but they arent the same. For Example
H2bH Ch.3 has "Don't Go Away" and so does Bonkers 4. But they are both diffrent, but neither cd says anything about a remix or nothing. Another example would be on H2bH ch.7 has "Get Hype" on it and so does Bonkers 9, but the H2bH version is more faster and video game sounding than the one off Bonkers 9, but it dont say "remix" or anything. Do the Artist release more than 1 version of the songs they release or what?

Record labels always get the tracklists wrong :)
Yes artists release different versions of the same tune all the time.

Its kinda wierd the release schedules. Sometimes a track might debut on a CD but it takes a will take a while to get onto vinyl...

but then again, when you say it was faster, then isnt it because of the speed the turntable is set on? because some DJ's (like myself) like to use the full speed of them, however, it can also lead to some unwanted squeakyness (like "I became hardcore, i use it at 45bpm and the dial is all the way up and it sounds like the chimpmunks are having a go at it) and if i remember correctly doesnt Hixxy do that?
