Ok i know youll say you vote. But surely this is just your faveourite, same with a lot of stuff Oscars etc. But this doesnt necessarily make you the best. For example 100 people may vote hixxy for his selection, 100 maybe for Sy's scratching but the point is surely to be the best there should be some form of trials e.g mixing technique, tune selection, scatching etc. Same with mc'ing. So surely the terms BEST should be reserved after some form of competition/trials?

I would select the best From my favourite and from them to be my favourite there would be a good reason worth them being my favourite ,Its as easy as that for me :)

The main point of being a club DJ/MC is to get the crowd hyped so that should be the determining factor in rating. Crowds are usually hyped by the music quality and a reputation that is built up over time! Thats why Hixxy and Storm are always the headlind sets!
