Go to: Forums -> Profile. There under the Avatar section press Browse, search the pic you want to add and press Upload. After that Submit.

haha, just thought it was a bit picky, that's all plus I've been trying to connect to the chat on the site for hours now and I cant get the bloody thing to work. have tried mIRC, sun java console, everything!

there's also a convenient button that says insert image above where you type ;)
and you need to leave the quote to get a picture to work, except there inside the brackets around the link
