I heard a track back in 1998, i think it was quite rare.
There was a sample in it of a futuristic male voice saying "HAVE YOU SEEN ANY MARTIANS)"

I think the track was hardcore, maybe along the techno vibe, its very vague apart from that sample!!

Any ideas?
