does anyone live in birmingham cuz hardcore till i die is on at air nearly every nweek in may june etc ****in brill wat do u all think about that then ravers from the midlands

I think that you are somewhat incorrect, as HTID is bi-monthly.
The fact it is there, however, is excellent. The fact that Ant HI is doing an official afterparty for it is equally excellent.
On a semi related note, get urself over to HI in Coventry on the 8th of May.

Just to change the subject slightly does anyone remember or even went to Diehard (Dielectric Club) in Leicester, absolutly amazing memories!!
Does anyone know what Diehard are up to now and if they are holding any other events in the future.

I'm from hereford which is somewhere near Birmingham... I'll get myself over to AIR in a few years time if it's still running. Sounds fab, and i really like the look of the place. (the 3D View thing on the website)

Haha, yeah I remember the Diehard days... Every Friday without fail.
I'm lucky though because I live in Leicester d:)
As far as I can remember 'The Dialectric' changed hands and became 'The Playground', but that didnt last too long.
Now the buildings empty I believe.

Thanks for your post DJ Peggy would apreciate if you could find out any info.
I kinda went out of the hardcore scene when the place closed back in 1998 as livin in Leicester myself it was on ma door step. After finding some old tapes "Vibes & Lively - Helter Skelter Strings of Life" dusting them off and nearly blowing my speakers in my car! i've found that hardcore vibe again..am sure u all know what i mean.
Being out of the scene for so long its amazing too see that hardcore truely has never died. Can you all tell me what the best events are now and if anyone knows any web sites where i can d/load some sets from.

Re: other events in Leicester, occasionally there have been Hardcore sets at Hard House nights. Now and again there have been Hardcore nights at 'Soho' and 'The Charlotte' as well.
I'll ask Ostro about Die Hard.

By the way my names Marcus im 24 and live in Glen Parva
ask ostro if he remembers Jenna who is now my wife she did some singing for them both about 5 years ago as well as DJ SS and he lent me some of his vinyl. ha ha
