Pointless!

That tracklisting isn't extreme either - just filled with hardcore tunes.
You might not have noticed but AATW albums tend to be filled with tunes from their own (or associated) labels.

Plus, all the tunes have already appeared on other compilations. You might as well have just made this thread 'My ideal album' or something.

maybe, but i just think its POINTLESS that they call there CD X-Treme when it isnt and the reason i chose that lineup is becuase they would definetly put Gabber on it, i may have put Boomstick on but thats just 1 song

Have to agree, this is a good tracklisting but def not Extreme. Just like extreme euphoria is not extreme. An extreme listing goes a little something along the lines of:

Lab 4 - Candyman
Lab 4- Pure Kaos
Pranksterz - Monkey Tennis
etc etc etc

Although its not hardcore it is certainly extreme.

That's fine but X-treme in AATW's case just means harder mixes of tunes that might be found on the Clubland series - they're not claiming it to be the hardest compilation available.

I can think of 'extreme' tunes in all genres of dance music but we all have different opinions.

Hardcore the new breed you say? wha... whoo....

Clubland, CLUBLAND!!!! yes the place all NON ravers go to dance. To these folk the stuff on clubland extreme probably does sound a bit extreme. they are used to BPM's of 120-150. Extreme is is around 150+(this is a guess!).

Notice how its not called raveland extreme, its not really for us.

I'll admit I think the marketing is a bit gay for these cd's, clubland harder would be more accurate but there you go.

I want tracks that are really xtreme, infact so xtreme, that just dropping the first "e" from the word "extreme" is not enough. I want to hear tracks that are so xtreme, that in you would have to remove every "e" from the word "extreme", making them xtrm.

Those tracks would be so extreme, that you would say "wow, this cd sur is xtrm, ddi", assuming that you were talking to your friend Eddie.
