It's the one thats on the Music channels like the box and top of the pops.
All he is doing is speeding up the trance version like he also does to Eyeopener = Open your eyes (Rezonace Q mix) on the same tape pack!

Theres a difference between timestretching and speeding up

There is a difference between timestretchign and *pithing* up yeah :) Also timetretching is a generic term for speeding up (compressing), or slowing down (stretching) so it could mean either of those :)
