I use a program called BUZZ. It's free, and quite powerful, but hard to use. www.buzzmachines.com
This track was entirely sample-based as well, since the competition only allowed you to use it's sample pack (which included that nice "Wicked!" sample :))

What a sorted track mate 
I hope you don't mind, but I've saved a copy to show to my mates.
I've been turning out tunes for a few years too & know that it must've taken ages to sort out the arrangement.
Keep up the good work!!
P.S. "Canadian Cheese" had me rockin' too, so any others you've got would be greatly appreciated (if that's not too cheeky  )
