I have this tape called
DREAMSCAPE 28 Decade in dance Tekno by 'M-zone'
and im finding it hard to id any of the tracks, I have tryed shazam but it cant tag any of them.
Any help would be great

Connect your tape deck/walkman to your pc's line in. Windows has a sound recorder, so you can use that to record them, although there are better programs out there.
