I came across a version of sy & demo - sensation but I have no idea who's remix it is. About 3 minutes in it gets into the middle breakdown where it slows down but this is more of a breaks beat and after a few bars of that some scratching samples come in along with vocals that go 'oh i feel, can you feel'
Anybody know it?
