i smoke bout 20 fags a day...sumtimes more if i can get my little mits on £2 for 10 lambert ..my bf keeps trying 2 quit,he buys them nicoyine gum things and reckon's they're good..but then he always ends up having 1 either because he has a joint..or cos i puff in his face all day long,lol..nasty i know but i cant quit im 2 addicted..if i dont have a fag in like an hour or 2 i go all stroppy n moody like a little kid,lol..i'll probably try quitting wen i get a job

i really regret smoking... its all a bit of a blur really because it was in the worst part of my life which i have tried to bury it... but now i wish i could remember somethings... Anyway my parents were splitting up and i was upset all the time and (i think) one of my friends told me smoking calmed you down... so i was rummaging through my dads coat looking (innocently) for some chewing gum... and found fags. i never knew my parents smoked i was tottally unaware.... anyway i took one and when everyone was out i tried it behind the shed in the garden in case anybody saw me! this continued for AGES! doing it on the sly. then doing it with friends taking spray out with me! (we all been there right??) then my mum n dad found out. and its been open from then on... i kinda wish they found out sooner and stopped me from doing it again. but in fact they didnt SEEM too bothered!!

I smoked in Middle School (7th & 8th grade) cuz i thought it was the cool thing to do. Now i honestly get kinda a gag reflex if i even try to smoke (and i did try to smoke again). Wierd how that happened cuz im sure if i had a craving in the future id smoke it with no problem. Its my body that wont let me smoke.

my dad doesn't think that me and my sis knows he smokes. a couple of years ago my sister got all upset about my dad smoking and not willing to admit that he does. he still hasn't told us yet, but by the time your 14 you can figure some things out you know. i don't understand why he can't admit it and smoke in front of us. we know that he does and it's very well obvious. whatever.

naa obly joking that s ****ing good mate and i agree with Emmy, to stop is one thing, to stay stopped is quite another, i was up and down with starting and stopping like a slag's knickers down soho; but i've done it and haven't had one for a year and a half now. bad news is, I still get cravings; word of warning, your in for a bumpy ride my friend.
