this was the last one from a dj dna set...it had the lyrics to heart of gold, done with a different vocalist, much more sort of slang, the words wernt sung like in a church where you have to sing every letter...it was much more radical. anyone know?

yeah listen to the start of the record with the words that say something like "they thought they could stop us, but we are back" or something along those lines.

Sorry to grave-dig this thread, but which set exactly was it from? I've been looking to track down that track for a long time.

You ever feel this far removed from pop music?
"Do you like Smashing Pumpkins?" "Are you kidding?! I love to do that!"

Was that not a different mix? Going on public opinion the DNA one was supposed to be horrible tho I'd love to hear it for myself. However, I thought Jon Doe did his own remix which was released on a stupidly small basis call DHSS Rainbow.
There also a story along the lines of Jon Doe playing out his remix at a large event and upon hearing it Styles came up to the decks and smashed his dub. DO NOT quote me on that though
Any of that ring a bell?

Yeah i though the DHSS one was his mix too, although even if it isn't, Kon Doe still did a remix.

Jeez...you know you're too ****ing bigheaded when you get angry about somebody honoring your work by remixing it. If that's true, I guess I can answer my own question of "Why didn't Force & Styles' label buy it offa Doe?" - that anus was too bitchy to do so.
