There is no "tune of all time." Some might say that this tune that you're talking about is Shooting Star, and some might agree it's You're Shining. But in retrospect, it all depends on the person. That's that. Also, there are simply too many tunes to decide from.
But, hey, for the heck of it, the best tune of all time at the moment is the "Through the Trees" remix, by Dowster and Gammer

That's why i'd recommend a good old trawl through old topics - you can get lots of lovely info without having to repeat the same old questions all the time.
