I was discussing an interesting idea with Sage of Phusion Records the other day, in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Woot if a Bonkers set (8-12) just dropped out of the sky and landed on someone's porch or doorstep, and this person just picked up the cds and listened to them. Would they like the music? Keep in mind that this person would have never heard hardcore before. Maybe they had heard some lame-ass techno, and their generalization of electronica is that it is all pointless, but just suppose that this happened. Would they start to DIG the MUSIC?
Sage and I both think so. What do U think?

i can see where this is headed....i dont think people have the moey to pull it off lol

I made a few phonecalls before and pretended to be working in tele sales, I played hardcore down the phone and asked the person on the other end to rate the songs out of ten. hahah it was deadly.

reminds me of when me and one of my mates used to go round town noting the numbers of the phone boxes and then go home and call them and play tunes down the line when someone answered... unfortunately it wasn't hardcore

I give CDs out all the time. Alot of people actually like it. But i dont know how often they actually listen to it. I know some people at my work, i gave CDs too and they really didnt care bout them to much.
I think if someone actually likes it, they will listen to it. While hiding it from their friends or tell their friends.
If they dont like it, they wont listen...
