Just been ploughing through some of my older tunes and found some which remind me of my best times. I started collecting vinyl back in 2000 (late) and tunes like Take a ride (compulsive) remind me of my time in halls of residence. S'all very emotional. Any of you have tunes that remind you of times past?

Preety much any tune from the early - mid ninties brings back memories for me but techno wonderland stands out the most as it was the first vinyl I ever bought.

Bass Generator-The Event (Brings back memories and its still played today at a number of Old Skool gigs i've been too. Also a favourite of Tom Wilsons.

Love 4 Sale-Do You Feel So Right (Classic Old Skool)

Rhythmic State-Soap On A Rope

Tom Wilson-Andiamo

A-Tension-Angels

Scott Brown-Do Whit Ya Like

I've got too many classic tunes that are quality, it would take me ages to post them!

Mostly the Old Skool/Bouncy Hardcore choonz are the best by far e.g. Bass Generator or Technotrance!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually tunes remind me of some girl, what else there is to remember from the past :)
Eurodance tunes from the past like Pharao "There Is A Star" or DJ Bobo "Let The Dream Come True" remind me of the good old times
Especially the year 1994 has a lot of memories :)

5 of the best tunes ever. I don't suppose you know this tune: 'MRX - Feel So Real', I mention it cos I only ever had it on a free tape off the front of M8 magazine which also had that Love 4 Sale track on it, so it was a similiar era. Anyway, I would KILL for a copy of that record- absolutely awesome!!!!

Like a lot of replies to this topic has to be the old bouncy classics by rhythmic state, ultrasonic, dyewitness etc and basically everything off the old rez tapes. My tastes keep changing but i always go back to these tunes and are timeless to me. Too many other tunes to name cos as my tastes have changed all reminds me off different times in my life. Someday we'll be looking back on the records we're buyin now with the same attitude.
