I haven't bought it yet, but when I listenened to sound samples on the net, I thought that it was a mistake e.g they put the same track on for both clips!
An they do sound the same (Samples that i've heard anyway)

I think I have two D'n'B tracks like that where its the same track on each side. It sux, more or less you get charged for two tracks when its really one, but they say you did get two tracks. C'est la vie

I thought the B-side is supposed to be a gabba version. Just like all the Evolution B-sides with the exception of 67 & 68. And yeah, I do believe the two clips in the shop sound identical.

spot on
the only difference is in the last breakdowns of each mix. the a side just continues with another riff, and the b side goes gabber!!!

I'm sure there are other differences that I can't be bothered to try and describe :)
What annoys me about the vinyl is, it's size makes a right pain to mix! It's almost impossible to get a perfect release, which is kinda important with that tune as it starts with the vocal. Still, can't complain, I'm just glad the tune got released at all!

Any other differences are too small to even bother to try and describe!
As for the size problem, buy the black vinyl release too when it comes out - be a lot easier to find!!
