Perhaps I'm on the wrong site or something, but it seems like Victoria is all but ignored when it comes to hardcore events? I could be totally wrong, as i'm pretty new to the whole scene.
NRG-7 is coming up this weekend and it has a happy hardcore room, but looking at the events forum I only saw about 1 or 2 that were in melbourne. Is there a reason for this? I wanna hardcore event dammit :)

"Queen Victoria (1819-1901) was the first English monarch to see her name given to the period of her reign whilst still living. Although not being fond of the vocal hardcore sound she was well known for "getting down with her bad self" to the sounds of his lordship kevin energy of london and Sharkey earl of Aldershot.
one refrence from her personal diary states:
"May- 1837 (Reference to her birthday)
"Today is my eighteenth birthday! How old! and yet how far am I from being what I should be. I shall from this day take the firm resolution to study with renewed assiduity, that is, of course, after I get down with my bad self legally at our local hardcore joint. hardcore forever mo fo's"

I can just imagine it, Victorian people raving in their huge clothes they wore, also with blokes and women wearing chestity belts lol.
Bet that stops the swing of things

I went and saw GTR at room on friday night. When I found out sunday that Breeze, Styles and Dougal had played up in Sydney I was absolutely shattered!!
If i'd known a couple weeks earlier I would have made the trip!
Hopefully those guys will be back sometime tho.
