I don't know what genre to classify this mix exactly, I'm gonna say Psy/house if that exists..
I found this cool website (where that mix is from) that is a massive directory of DJ's and mixes although there's no hardcore. http://www.actm.ro/ if you're interested. It's not in english, but it's still really easy to navigate.
