Ok this aint the best discription in the world but i aint spanish.
on this mzone tape i have there is this track with a mans voice on, sounds possibly spanish, and he says a couple of times
'De Aquadro' ok this so probably so far wrong with how to spell what he is saying.
gotta give it ago tho.

i know exactly what track your on about, but i dont know what its called. dead smart tune tho. the next song it mixes into sound like meet her at the love parade, please not the "sounds like"

I knew I had it on CD somewhere, the track you are looking for is:
Electric Fruit Orchestra by Quatro (brilliant tune)
The following track (sounds like meet her at the love parade?) is actually:
See You At StreetParade by Re-Move (Another good track)
The album they are mixed by M-Zone is Helter Skelter - Masters @ Work Vol. 2. (One of my fav HHC albums)
