i think producers should use more aliases. people should be buying records for the quality of the song instead of the name of who produced it.

I do buy tunes for the quality of the music and not purely for the artists name i just find it a way of covering up the fact that theres only 15 or so people that produce hardcore lol

i was just speaking in general not just to you. i've known several people in the past that just buy something because it's by this artist or it's on this label.

I see what you mean. I think im a little like that with raverbaby I wont be happy till i have the lot. I think thats the only label ive ever felt the need to own all of though. I guess thats kinda sad to only buy one artists stuff however in some ways i guess if an artist makes a certain type of tune i can understand why people would look for them again.

There's LOADS of unknown artist that has made very good tunes (and mixable) but gets rejected because of their not 'brand' names :/

looking at who made the songs on the back of albums, it seems that
Elevate & Techno-phobic = vinylgroover
E-Logic = Breeze
Evolve = Fade & bananaman
The Dj Unkown Project, Too Ruff, Tranzit & Rhythm Warriors = Sy & Unknown
Bang The Future = Billy Bunter
Plus System & Interstate = Scott Brown
Darkside = Dougal & Gammer
Terminal Force & Dark Myth = Marc Smith
Slippery = Slipmatt
Happy Rollers & Digital Illusion = Demo
2 damn tuff = Robbie Long
Northern Lights = Brisk
Supernova & Pursiot = Devastate
and smd is slipmatt, midas & dougal i think
