This happened to me, but have now figured it out, when u get into the sign in part where u put ya nickname click on the square smilee face and bingo ur in :P lol

yep....... then all you have to do is say hello for half an hour in 50 different languages with no response before deciding there really is nobody out there

Trabilizer, may I reccormend using an IRC client insterad of the HHC Java chat. It its so much easier to configure, and I only get the errors your getting when I use the Java chat. I use X-Chat (http://xchat.org) but everyone else uses mIRC. X-Chat, however, is open source, and free. So use X-Chat.
