that haven't heard of Happy Hardcore and listen to Pop and Punk-Rock would you play some of your favorite Happy Hardcore tunes?
I've noticed I'm starting to like Gabber a little bit more and I think I wouldn't mind listening to it when I'm around my friends. Because don't you find some happy hardcore tunes a little cheesy and can cause some embarassment?
Honestly, say you weren't into Hardcore and one day you walked into your friend's room who was playing a tune with an almost like high pitched vocals. What would you think?

yea i know what you mean squishy. over here it seems like its all about SUV's with spinnig rims and blasting commerical rap out of their "blinged'out" rides. So i usually have no problem drowning out that crap music with my hardcore..but yea it has to be hardcore..dont think itll sound so nice when Cat Knight is screamin "YOU TURN ME ONNNNNNNNN!" from my car.
as far as my freinds go..they know the risk they take when the ride with me :) But luckily my good buddies all listen to different stuff too...so we can usually all agree on something good.

What i tend to do is always have an assortment of stuff around in the house/car so i can sneak the hardcore in gently.
Start off with a tape/Cd with all different styles of music (including hardcore), next CD - ALL HARDCORE!!
My mates might not all be into the same music as me but they are in no doubt about what i listen to.

Me, i first play the cheesiest track ever (Unicorn "Love Me" etc), my friends know me, so their not gonna get scared or anything :) Though most of my friends are girls and they like the vocal tunes more anyway. With people that dont know me, i play the cheesiest HHC or the darkest and fastest gabber i can find. The look on their face... priceless.
But after that i listen whatever i usually listen. Sometimes with new people, i ask what they listen. If they have good taste in music, i'll play that style. If not, then too bad :p

Once i played DJ Sharpnel "Lonly Lonly" at school, witch is a bit cheese i guess. Anyway one of my school mates heard it, after that he played it in repeat for an hour. Few months after that, took hes CD player hooked it into the speakers i have at school, it was full of breeze & styles, bang etc stuff :)

i dont worry about little stuff like that. ill roll down the windows blast the B&S remix of all of my life and sing and bounce to it while im at a stop light. i figure if anyone doesnt like it they'll say something, then ill kick their ass for not minding their own business. and ill kick it at 175 BPM.
besides all my friends know i love hardcore.

what the fourth said.
Most of my mates listen to fake ass gangsta rap and act like home boy bredrins even though they're whiter than white, now thats far more embarrasing than a bit of chipmunk vocal in my book.
i'm hardcore and proud, its melodic, energetic, varied and fun. Whats not to like eh!?

This country is over run with homeboys!
Say you go out for a normal night out, if it doesn't have a musical theme ie hardcore, dnb etc then the club WILL play rnb crap, horrible commercial rnb shyte. Its a nightmare.
My town centre is full of stupid white kids with fake ass bad bwoy accents giving it the big one, its pathetic really and yea violence is a big problem but part of that is because when anyone in the uk goes out they aim to get as pissed as humanly possible as quickly as possible. perhaps because they need to dull the memory of crap nights out in commercial rnb hell!
I like a good scrap but getting lynched by 10 bredrins isn't my idea of a fair fight. sadlt thats what seems to happen most of the time...

I don't like them "gangsta" people, guy or girls. they act uneducated, betcha lots of em are. and most of them are rude and very loud. can't stand them!
and I'm not getting this whole trend with getting like gold teeth caps of wotever they're called shit. the newer ones these days practically look like braces! like wtf is dat about!? (btw, i can't wait till i get my braces taken off. i've had them long enough even though my teeth weren't like totally f*cked up in the first place.) most of meh friends r into pop and punk-rock, apparently you already know that just from reading my previous post. but yeah, i don't mind that though. the rest of my class were all "ghetto." most of the guys did grafitti though. this kid, mike, who sat next to me was one of them. so i had to put up with smelling permanent marker everytime he'd wip about any of his books, whether it'd be his math work book or his religion notebook filled with tAgZ, to do some more tAgiNg! who knows what kind of brain problems i'm gonna have later on from sharkey permanent marker ALL the time. =P LoL
Yeah so RaverDave, you have your homeboiz over der in da U.K.?? LoLz!
