Well I'm really interested in sneakers now and I am starting to customize my own..I just got done Acetoning( ITS A WORD ;)) my all white pumas. I've already decided a theme. CLSM pumas since they are already white. But in the back theres a square box....Should I put the CLSM logo in it or the G-Core one and also anyone have pics of both preferabley printable so I can make a stencil. Also I need some ideas of what else to put on em i'm probably gonna write C.L.S.M. or G-Core on the sides of em any input will be helpful

Hmm...Interesting, cause just before Whispering posted a picture of his shoe that he chose to put "Hardcore" on the back with the Chinese character "Happy" above it.

It all depends on the shape of the sneaker, then you make an image or word in such a shape that it fits the shape of the sneaker (it kind of has to have similar qualities), you have to compose here (try where on the sneaker it will look better). That way whatever you put on and the shape of the sneaker will be in harmony, thus will not look ugly.
Its all about the shapes.
I advice you draw the sneaker on a piece of paper, and then try sketchin things on it. After you got a desired thing, you proceed on to put on your sneaker.
Advice: try having at least 3 sketches and then choose out of them or incorporate certain qualities of the other sketches and make one, if ya can't choose.

...Why...would you put your PUMAs in Acetone? Are you crazy?!
Isn't Acetone used as a solvent and thinner for paints, varnishes, etc.?

I believe he uses it to clean the product on the puma and so therefore to be able to apply a new one.
Don't forget it is used to produce cocaine somehow....how in tha hell did you get acetone? I believe its an illegal product that only laboratories are allowed to get.

Acetone is legal here.... I got it at the store i work at Ace Hardware.
And yes you got it right i need to strip off the finish to apply a new one

Lol yes the air max's are great VERY comfortable
as far as making your own shoes customized first check if they are leather....you can't paint swade...get angelus leather paint (www.turtlefeathers.com) ok now get ace tone and use it to strip off the finish then wait til it drys the paint your first coat wait til the first coat completely drys then do this again until you paint 3 coats then your good and maybe put on spary polyurathane gloss to make em last

Cool, hihihihi I can airbrush it, cool idea...but I'm stuck there with the acetone.

No get some cotton balls and put a LIL bit of acetone on the cotton ball and clean em up
Also WEAR GLOVES acetone is serious shit so be careful ;-)
