hi ppl just bought this cd called slammin sets by club scene mixed by davie forbes its feckin wicked all for £1.99 does any1 know of him if so can u shed some light i know he was doin skelters back in the day if u got info on him let us no cheers

think he's originally from northern ireland, moved to scotland, did alot of stuff on clubscene records, was a big name along with tizer,paddy frazier, and an all round crackin producer ...

Not sure if this is 100% correct but i no he was part of the old hardcore scene in scotland and started off as part of an act called active force. From there he deejayed and produced all sorts of hardcore and nowadays is producing hard techno under the name scanners with mallorca lee from ultrasonic. They used to have a night at the vault which i cant remember the name of then it moved to the metro had the logo hi-octane techno music. Hope that helps you.

Davie Forbes WAS and STILL IS MASSIVE in Scotland..
He played Bck2Bck with Marc Smith at Rez Awakening of '97 and wot a set it was..!!!
He's no longer playing hardcore, But producing some shit hot Trance on Red Monkey Records and also writing and running his own nite with Mallorca Lee (Ultra Sonic) and playing crackin bangin trance at Inside Out at the arches in Glasgow..!!!
