Ive heard on a tape of jay prescott and also on a clarkee tape, i tune that samples coolio's - gangsters paradise, its hard acid techno and its mint. I havent had any luck on any other forums so hopefully this will be the one fingers crossed

i think this is either an old area 51 record or an old deathchant. clarkee just had this recently up for auction but i don't remember what label it was on...
