You are obviously listening to the remix by the way you think the lyric is *****.
The whole lyrics are.
"Why oh why cant you just accept it, im a raver not a crazy drug addict. Yeah thats right i go to raves i really like it leave me alone its my life i think its sorted"
and on the sy & unknown version it has the added lyrics "now dont stop, now dont stop"

Cheers guys its on an old Sy and Brisk tape, dont know the Mc. He deffinatly sais " Not a ****ing drug addict" though.

...And the lyric WAS "F*cking Drug Addict" but i don't know what happened there... In the Hixxy remix it's "Crazy" and Storm in the recent events such as HTID 1 & 2, SV, HH, etc he's been saying "Crazy"?
