i haven't heard that version of the track, but there is a version of the track Force & The Evolution called Perfect Dreams 7.
There's also Sweetheart, but i can't remember who made that.

timestretch means slow down, hence it stretches for a longer period of time.
timecompress means speed up, hence it compresses the play time.
