Doubt it works. Probably the idea would be to work the same way as Inhalator. Easier is to just heat alcohol in about 80 C and breath the steam :p

Inhaling alcohol. Hmm sounds interesting, and probably works really well, as it enters the bloodstream straight through the lungs rather than sloshing around in your stomach and making you piss it out, which means you wouldn't get dehydrated and therefore hung-over ;)
In Air (where HTID is held) there is an "oxygen bar" where you can sit and inhale pure oxygen for a few minutes, and they also add vodka vapour to the mixture along with some scents, it's rather nice! But it's not strong enough to get you drunk, just enough so that you're like "mmm, alcohol"

alcohol is alcohol, it dehydrates...
off the internet -
"Alcohol is a diuretic. This means it encourages the body to lose more water

if its still just alcohol, it would have those same effects, and i would have thought it would enter the bloodstreem quicker...like taking a vodka in the eye. :|

Pure alcohol kills you guys, its actually the liver that tries to convert the alc into something not poisoness, so here it does the oposite thing.
And therefore inhalating acl straight into your brain does not seem like a good idea.
