Well, if you have a sick(er) mind, then you might look at it like that, but i never did, and i don't doubt it was taken in a controlled environment anyway, so you don't have to worry about that.
Anyway, what you described isn't cute, but the pic is :P

hahahaha, I have cats at home and no way they are cute with birds of any age. I am very sure the duck isnt around anymore after that pict was taken.
