Hi everyone
Ravescene.net is a new website based in the northeast of England. Our mission is to revive, support and encourage development of the rave scene in our area.
The RaveScene.net site is owned by two long time friends who have been into hardcore since '94 time. We're kicking on for 30 now and don't go to raves anymore (marriage, kids and responsible jobs don't really allow for it) but hardcore is in our blood. We love the hardcore scene and want to help it thrive and survive. We came up with the concept of a site built by the people who matter most. The rave-goers!
We're recruiting volanteers to write reviews of events they've attended. We also want up and coming DJs/producers to send us examples of their work for us to promote on our site
You wont get paid, but you might become a little bit famous.
If you would like to help out please email us at [email protected] or [email protected]
Thank you
Scott & Steve

I've never really liked the old bouncy stuff, but i do love makina hehe
but I like the Idea very much, wished i could try to do the same in Sweden, where most people dont like stuff faster than 150BPM...

Hey guys
Sorry it has taken me a while to respond to your posts, but its a pretty busy time for me.
Thanks for showing an interest in us. I agree with you that the north east rocks. hard & bouncy!!!
Baldo, we would be very happy to recieve anything you want to send. One of the things we are looking for is for people with talent, but who havent been recognised yet to send us there work. It will be interesting to see how budding DJs develop over time and hopefully make a name for themselves.
Sweden is a bit far out for us DJ samination but thanks for your support. There's nothing stopping you from trying this yourself. Our site is all done in our spare time. It's all our own work and we have no financial backers. It really is a labour of love.
I'm looking forward to recieving your first review hardcoregrandaddy. I like your idea of reviews for bigger national raves. One of the things I loved most was travelling about the country for the big ones. Bring it on man!
