I just split up with my other half a few weeks ago was with her for 2 1/2 years! Felt awful at first then realised we split up for a reason, am now much happier with someone else.

i think everyone has a different way of dealing with things. Ive been there once and it cut me deep, that was 7yrs ago. BUt i find to get over someone i get back on the horse (dont take that literally).
You need some distractions to keep your mind off it..

yeh my bf split wif me bout a month n half ago now..he still comes 2 see me tho so its quite a weird situation,i love him tho so much n dont want it 2 b so we will never see eachother again,he's my best friend,moving on is a hard thin but thats what he wants so i spose ive just got 2 respect his desicion

mate, i know how ya feel, i split up with my bird about a week ago now. u gotta try and be strong about it though man. i know it sucks but if u just try and bear with it, the pain goes away. luckily for me though, me and my ex have managed to stay friends.
just give it time man and i promise u'll b alright.

i cant really offer too much advice here cos wenever ive split up with anyone its either been my fault or i dumped them, but then to be fair im pretty damn sure ive never done the seriously "in love" thing, which is kinda shit on its own really
