This past saturday a buddy of mine got really sick (stomach flu) and he still went with us to go see Scott and Hixxy. The most horrible thing about that was that his GF wasnt really into the hardcore scene so she wanted to leave. and he was only there to see like 1 dj. So sad that she had to spoil his fun. 
Did you Tough it out? or pack it in early?

-take an egg
-put the eggwhite in a cup, only the eggwhite, you can throw the yolk away or eat(I eat it)
-and sugar
-next you pour the sugar in the eggwhite, and you beat it
-afterwards you should get a foamy creamy substance
-eat from it,
it helps your throat and it tastes sweet, it helps you recover, it helped my friends in a day.
Try it, you just eat every moment throughout the day, keep in fridge.
Its not necessary to finish it, just make sure you be allright.

NO NO NO, its not...almost
Merengue you have to put a lil salt and then 20-25 min in the oven at some temperature.
This you dont have to bake....just those 2 things; eggwhites and sugar, and lost of suga
