I would have to say my favorite DJ is Hixxy because he chooses good vocals! But I've never been to a Hardcore rave, only listened to CDs.... See, they don't really play Hardcore where I'm from.

UK DJ - Gammer. Plays diverse, actually listens to the majority of hardcore out there and isn't self serving ( IE doesn't just play EP and gammer tunes ).
Int'l DJ - Ruffage. Plays even more diverse ( "Forever Flying" and "Higher, Forever" in one set? 'nuff said. ) and gets lots of upfront RFU/JAL/SC material. Which doesn't hurt ;)
Overall I'd rather listen to up and coming DJs than most of the established names. "Up and runnings" now have a lot of upfront material, usually from smaller and less overplayed labels/artists, and therefore are infinately more likely to play an interesting set.

From britain my top dj's most definitely Haston cos he plays the bounciest tunes and more to the point his dj skills are out of this world a proper turntablist.

Internationally my top dj's are pastis + buenri a b2b duo from catalonia who on 4 decks create the best parties at a rave called x-que.
