I'm pretty sure it's DJ Stompy - I Believe (Force & Styles remix) on Hectic Rewinds 3. The sample actually goes:

and im pretty sure its not that-no offense lixx.i may be wrong but ive got a vey bouncy mix of i believe on vinyl and it contains the attack the dancefloor sample.its on essential platinum and is a b-side.the a-side is come and follow me(stompy remix).hope im of help

yea theres 2 different remixes..
the one on NEP has the sample in it all timestretched and stuffs

Yeah you guys are right. Before I only found the hectic rewinds remix so I assumed it was that even though it was not force & styles-flavored at all. The remix you're looking for is on New Essential Platinum 8 and is the flip to follow me like impakt said. At least I got the sample right!

eh......... i think also that the sample was also used on the dj unknown re-mix > you can just hear it as it mixed in with the lyrics * i believe in the beat,!!!
