so i barred this guy (im a bartender), threw him out told him not to come back. comes back 3 days later (tonight) trying to apoligize after he threatened to "punch me in my mouf" over a $1.50 beer. came back saying he was a bit "wet" that night (wet = high on PCP) then changed it to drunk after I told him he didnt need to be around if he was on that shat.
then i caught a guy dealing in my parking lot and barred his ass too. looked at me like I was crazy.
uh, !#@(*^$ ~(@*heads!

If he threatened you he should be barred even if he was wet/drunk. Chances are he will be next time he comes in and there is a high chance he will threaten you or someone else as he obviously can't control himself.
As for the dealer if your laws are the same as ours the bar you work for could get in serious trouble if someone is found dealing on the premises even if it is outside so he should be barred as well so fair play mate.

You should not need to have to work in conditions like that. When i was in retail (McDonalds) stupid kids used to hang outside and throw things at cars and be complete twats to the staff, and one time I lost my rag and ran after him. Not the best idea if the guy was on something, but you did the right thing in barring him.

to be honest mate, u asked that in to nice a way. if anything he probably wants to know if what he has done is the right way to go about things so this could actually be a potentially proper serious situation.
