I am thinking of putting all my old Happy Hardcore Vinyl on ebay, I have around 300 records from the mid to late 90s (toy town, Disco land, Field of dreams, Follow the sun, 99 Red balloons etc) Do you think they would sell on Ebay and if so how much do you think the starting price should be for each record?
Also do you reckon I should sell them individually or as one item?
Your help on this would be appreciated
Cheers

I'd sell them individually, as some of the tunes you mentioned (Disco Land, Toy Town & 99 Red Balloons, are worth alot, especially 99 Red Balloons if it is the original pressing.

If you do do eBay auctions, be sure to post em here! Luvvvv the old stuff, would love to take some off your hands :P. Be sure to post condition for them. You might want to list all of them on HHC so you can get some preliminary bids (but post them on ebay in addition to that, so you get a good price). For 300 records, well, no one would buy all of those at once on eBay. too much shipping. SO! If you are going to sell lots, I'd reccomend 5 at a time. Thats about how much vinyl I buy at a given time. Just know that if you sell Lots, than you could lose some money, because people will only pay so much for 1 record they want and 4 they dont. Posting 300 records individually would end up costing you over 125(pounds) or around 200 dollars. What you might want to do to reduce the bulk would be to post a list of all the records that you want to sell, so you can reduce the buying/selling fee by selling some on HHC.
Post a list of your records in the Buying/Selling Forum.

Best thing to do is to stick a list on here and ush.net, aswell as evolution records forums, hardcore regime, next gen...etc...
Then just put "Offers" at the bottom :p it's best not putting them on low/no reserve because well, you wont wanna part with a classic for pocket money

Got them all out last night and started making a list, ahhhh the memories!! Only got about a quarter of the way through, but the top tunes I have found so far are:
SL2 - On a Ragga Tip
Fade + Alchemsit - Keep on trying
Force + Styles - Pretty Green Eyes
Hixxy + Sharkey - Toy Town (noticed the vinyl is engraved with a message from Hixxy to RSR, is every copy like that?)
Jimmy J - 99 Red Balloons (White Label)
Scott Brown - Now is the Time Remixs
Dougal - Love of My life (original Promo Copy)
Force + Styles - Album on vinyl (including Heart of Gold etc)
Tiny Tot - Disco Land (Original)
Sy - Devotion (White Label)
Silk cuts 1, 2 + 3
Plenty more to come!!!

Whats the condition of your Discoland? I <3 that track, would love to buy it if price is reasonable, right now there is a copy on ebay for like £3.19 with 3 days 2 hours remaining (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=58641&item=4040293892&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW). I would pay 18$ (9.95 pounds) american for it (thats double a new picture disc record in America). Keep the records coming, you have a pretty awesome collection! And could I pay you for just 5 random cheese records? :P Just randomly pick some out of your collection, and auction them off! ----------------------------- This boot, your ass i r h0tx0r u r n0tx0r
