The more hardcore stations the better imo.

it's all hardcore.
Actually Black and Green arent even similar to blue and grey. The Bonkers 13 picture was sent to me over msn from a fried without any logo on what so ever. The site is uk based and is different in many ways. It is not a copy or meant to be competition. I fail to see in anyway how the site is a rip off of yours at the end of the day they are 2 totally different sites and bear no resembelance to each other than 1 picture on a news article. its all about the music. The more variety the better. people need to be kept informed. I have spent a month of hard work preparing this site for launch as have many others. i even allowed djs on air to refer to your site, plug it and u even have an add on my mp3 stream by sean apollo for happy hardcore dot com. as far as im concerned my only aim is to bring hardcore to the masses not to compete with others. Whats seems to be the problem silver?

Silvers alergic to competition since HHC.com has been on a steady demise both before and after exposure. Exposure was probably the most people he's had on the stream this year and it's slowly getting quieter due to becoming stale.

Indeed, the more the better.
Silver you should accept the fact that there are going to be other stations opening, it's hardly competiton, most people will end up here.
What red has done he has worked bloody hard for.
News, you can't prove that he "stole" it .. It's going to get out from someone at some time, and many people alos have the watermarks in images in the same place (suprise suprise!)
I really do fail to see where you're coming from, Silver.

hey back off of silver- its not as if he hasnt worked hard too.
hardcore revolution's has a grey background not black - which is basically idential to hhc.com's
and as for the bonkers cover - man, that wasnt the cover that was leeked lol. the red one was the one that was being thrown around msn. plus the fact that the "watermark" is placed exactly where the hhc.com would be...
happyhardcore's

the original hardcore rev news post

the now updated version on hardcore rev
then theres the fact that they're identical sizes 300x266..and they both have the same white line in the top right hand corner..
ooo oo, and hardrev "reported" it on the same day that hhc.com did.
i mean, not trying to stir things up but - silver has a point.
and if that wasnt enough -
heres the definitive proof - *is chuckling*
you can alll do this open up each one in NOTEPAD
and check the encryption
from the hardcorerev one (both old and new):
"Adobe Photoshop CS Windows 2004:09:29 21:22:37"
from the happyhardcore.com one:
"Adobe Photoshop CS Windows 2004:09:29 21:22:37"
ooooops! :P to those that are not of the know - that shows that they we're created at the same time on the 29 of september - using adobe photoshop cs
now i feel like a nerd, but i have prooved my point - and given you irrifutable evidence that silver wasnt lieing :)

All the timestamp proves is that the picture was the same at some point in time. What red said was that somebody sent him the picture over MSN. That doesn't mean that at some point in time the picture wasn't the same. On the contary, since the timestamp is the same, all original copies of that photo would have that IDENTICAL timestamp. That doesn't mean that it's silvers picture, since silver would have later modified it to put his watermark on it.
For the timestamp to be the same for both that would mean both copies would have had to have been saved simultaneously, meaning either Silver watermarked both of them, or by pure fluke they were both done at exactly the same time.
In any case, you tried to prove Red guilty, but in fact all you've done is provided evidence that they're sourced from the same photo. Nothing more. Nothing less.

you clearly missed everything else i said - also i might add, that the one that was leeked was bigger, and it is the only one that has been leeked. if they were more, then they would have been bigger as all the other promo artworks have been so far, and not happyhardcore.com's 300x266 size which has been used for both the bonkers arts so far. the original's are bigger, silver resized the originals he was sent. unless your point is going to be, despite everything else ive said that the fact it was resized to the exact size of hhc.com's is just a fluke..
im not trying to slag red off at all, im just saying that silver wasnt wrong, and all those things cannot be a coincidence. you can even see that the original cover up of the happyhardcore.com watermark is just a block, matching exactly the size of happyhardcore.com's one...if the writing had been placed over normally, the happyhardcore.com one would have sown through - so the blocks there first, and then the writting almost on top of it..(its a little off by the way)
the only other option is that, silver re-sized it, then sent it to someone, then put a water mark on it, that someone then sent it on...but that cant have been the case else silver wouldnt have said that it was taken off happyhardcore.com (because he would have known that he had sent it to someone else) so this obviously wasnt what happened.
then of course theres the fact that the picture was smartly resized soon after i posted this...which makes em look even more guilty
other than the gray - and the swiped bonkers image i dont see any other similaritys -
i just think its a bit unfair slaggin silver off.

If you read what I said, I said red got it sent to him by somebody else.
Also, if you check back through the thread, you'll find Silver started the slagging off. In addition, we had a 'visitor' in our channel today... which was Silver. Since he is the only japanese user who loves happyhardcore.com that I've ever come across. He was ironically named 'crap', which sums up various things, and basically came to slag off Red's work.
Thus I conclude before you state that Silver is being slagged off, you get your facts straight and realise he started the problem that is currently going off.
Regardless, this isn't what this thread was originally posted for. It's about a radio show containing some of the top DJs in the world broadcasting live, which is something that Happyhardcore.com has never suceeded (the "live" aspect).
What it all boils down to is Silver has a problem with being beaten. If he didn't have a problem with it, he'd accept his current situation and put in the effort to fix it. He should stop being paranoid and accept that more variety in the long run is better for the community, and he should stop trying to hold domination when it's plain to see it's never going to work in his favour.

what you said was
"In any case, you tried to prove Red guilty, but in fact all you've done is provided evidence that they're sourced from the same photo. Nothing more. Nothing less."
no, if you look at the other facts its blindingly obvious it originated from hhc.com....especially the size factor, because the originals are bigger - silver resized them.
all i was doing was prooving that silver was right about the bonkers picture.
you tell me to get my facts straight? and then act as if im supposed to know about silver going on hardcorerevolution!....
i went by what i saw on here, and that was that silver was annoyed because hardcorerevolution had nicked the news from happyhardcore.com

with all due respect to all parties involved. This station isnt about compettition or who did this or that . all i want to put across is ive also worked hard on my site. It isnt meant to be a copy of anyone and other than this one picture which incidentaly i see on peoples msn display pictures. Its a picture and image im not trying to rip anyone off or take over this site. im just spreading news that in the end benefits the hardcore scene as the more people that know of bonkers 13 the more will buy it. also i cant really see the problem as happy hardcore.com gets mentioned and advertised on my stream what is the pronblem here guys and whys everyone getting so wound up? Surely hardcore is about beeing united and enjoying the music not gettting politically wound up.

A) It's not exclusive news
B) Red didn't steal it from HHC.com directly, it was sent to him from HHC.com by a third party
C) It's all hardcore in the end
D) At the end of the day we're having an arguement about something irrelevent
E) Hardcore Revolution isn't a copy of HappyHardcore.com since Hardcore Revolution has:
--> i) more features
--> ii) live shows
--> iii) support from big name djs/mcs
--> iv) a lot more time put into it (effort over time)
--> v) a more active community (people over content)
F) The line below is the bottom line at which point this conversation closes

sorry, red - really, it wasnt anything against you or your site, i just saw aload of people saying that silver was lieing about the bonkers 13 picture, and i didnt think he was.
just wondering-you guys are now saying that silvers a sour looser, and now im wondering what he's actually lost - beause i agree with what apollo said earlyer...
"Its not like anyones ever going to beat out hhc.com if you think about it."
you guys seem to be talking as if something drastic has happened to happyhardcore.com...but i really dont see any changes..
*edit*
lsd - although you may not know it, all your points are flawed apart from C and D

Im not trying in anyway to say Silver is loosing out in fact quiet the opposit im sitting here saying the site is not competition and he has mentions frequently on the station etc etc i just wish people would try and support me and other people who want to make the scene bigger (its all about music and not petty squables) the scene good rather than kick me down. i was a little annoyed to be when checking the irc logs for my chat room when a japan based ip came in to slander the site. i have worked VERY hard on this site why cant people just support rather than bitch As silvers signiture says. its all hardcore. ITS ALL ABOUT MUSIC AND SPREADING THE WORD!!!! forgod sake i dont make any profit out of my site it costs to run you know!
and in the words of mc smiley in ordinary people (who is resident on my station every monday)
so many people misjudge us, they dont seem to understand,
but hardcores like an addiction, spread across our fairland,
so many doubted the future of the music we so love,
but when the date is set we still unite as one,
so listen up ravers to my lyrics take heed, we are hardcore and proud,
ent no dying breed, come from north, south, east, west, together to unite,
on a musical mission to prove hardcore will never die,
coz were all ordinary people with a love for the music,
with a love for the scene, and everything that it brings,
it brings love,peace,unity, multicultural harmoney,
close your eyes go catch ya dreams,
this is hardcore, know what i mean.
Can i get any clearer than that?
