I've done Es in the past at raves, but honestly I have more fun without them. My friend and I will go to raves, sober as can be, no drugs, no alcohol. We dance all night, and wildly too, we rarely slow down. People come up to us and ask what we've had and where they can get it all the time - point is, I think a lot of people just get so into the music and let themselves move to it so much that it looks like they're on drugs when they're not.
I have nothing against people doing drugs, but I hate the whole techno scene being automatically linked to drugs. Maybe it couldn't have begun without drugs, but it doesn't need to stay that way.

I've only been to one rave so far (im 15), but there is noooo fking way i am ever going to take something at a rave. i can dance forever and its just so awesome, because i get in this place that feels better and more aware, and powerful, and crazy, and whatever, then ANYWHERE i could get on drugs. just my $1.99
drugs of all kinds suck (IMHO, ive nothin agianst em)... one of my favorite quotes below:

when i first joined this site - i had only smoked hash, but since ive done speed which was alright and on sunday and monday of this week for the first time i did pills star shaped ones - and i can almost definatly say ill never ever do pills again! there not worth it at all! it was my first and last experience of them! and id advise ppl to stay well away from them! you dont need them at raves at all!!!

Them star shape pills that are going around are dodgey if your going to do pills stay away for them all but especially them.

I listened to techno when I was in middle school, before I even knew what drugs were really. I used to be so straightedge for awhile and then I started smoking pot, and then did a few other drugs here and there, but responsibly. I don't think that you need to do drugs to party, but it's always fun, and I don't think it really makes a difference, as long as drugs aren't your life. I thoroughly enjoy doing them, but then when I see these people do drugs nonstop every day, it's just a total turn off and it makes me not want to do them anymore.

Anyone who needs drugs to go to a rave is not there for the music. People who want to take drugs at a rave is different. I have been known to partake in the odd pill but I do not need it to enjoy myself, when I take them, I do it because I want to. My Love for hardcore will never change regardless of what goes down my throat or up my nose.

ahh yeh they wer ****in brilliant but i was in a bad state after them my head was Wrecked for days thought id never be the same again!!! but lol im grand!
i was told today ter ****in not even yokes at all and ter cut with sum mad shite - kinda like snowballs and i wouldnt be surprised seen lots of ppl on em at W3 and my god it was more than mdma in them pills! LOL!!!!

Yeah you could be right, hell knows what they put in pills coc speed and anything else, they were pretty much all there was at w3, apart from that mdma/water shit.

the reason people do drugs is the same reason they get defensive when they need to explain the reason for not doing them while other people know that drugs are for pussys and people do them to fit in for the reason that they even realize that is the case and point.So the reason they want to is the reason that im explaining this reasoing for your reason?
