Just got an order yesterday which had trouble getting to me cause of the postal service. I just want to thank the record store for all their effort, it is very much appreciated. The way the record store dealt with the situation was first class, Fed Exin the order out to Australia in the end, receiving replies to my emails when most of the UK are asleep. I will keep doing business with these guys.

Actually really nice to get a post on this, we love hardcore (heck check the site :p) we do try hard for everyone, we want to make sure we get hardcore tunes to you as soon as possible, as cheap as possible and as safe (post wise) as possible. Dealing with the postal service sometimes is a nightmare but we endure for everyone that wants their hardcore.
We ship directly from the UK for pricing reasons (how we keep our prices the lowest on the net for hardcore) but the added benefit is that we actually operate the store over two time zones so we can answer emails and customers quickly :)
